Gian Sotto and Joy Woolbright: Funny Romance

Looking back, Giancarlo “Gian” Jose Sotto and his new bride, Joy Marie Woolbright, can’t help but laugh at the way their relationship started on a “freaky” note.

Gian, the only son of former Senator Tito Sotto and actress Helen Gamboa, reveals that he first saw Joy back in 1998.

But what was love at first sight for Gian was something else for Joy, simply because she didn’t know who her secret admirer was!

“It’s a long story,” she explains. “May mga stalking incident pa kami. Hindi ko pa siya kilala no’n, he would text me na parang ‘Hey, I just saw you.’ Hindi ko alam what he looked like. So, freaky, di ba?”
