Lisa Arrindell (born March 24, 1969), also credited as Lisa Arrindell Anderson, is an American actress. Beginning her career in the early 1990s, Arrindell is most known for her role as Vanessa Breaux-Henderson in Madea's Family Reunion (2006), Heather Comstock in the series In the House (1995), and Toynelle Davis in Livin' Large (1991).

Lisa Arrindell was born at Parkchester General Hospital in the Bronx, New York, and brought straight home to Brooklyn, where she was raised. She is a graduate of The High School of Performing Arts, now called The Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Arts and Performing Arts, and earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatre at The Juilliard School.
Lisa's extensive acting career includes HBO's A Lesson Before Dying, Disappearing Acts, Having Our Say: The Delany Sisters' First Hundred Years, Tyler Perry's Madea's Family Reunion, The Sin Seer, Livin' Large, Law and Order, Law and Order SVU, Random Acts of Flyness, Elementary, Madam Secretary, Saints & Sinners, The Quad, Notorious, Bull, etc. Lisa appeared on stage in Cat On A Hot Tin Roof [Broadway], Jubilee [Arena Stage], Reparations [The Billie Holiday Theatre], Richard III [NY Shakespeare Festival], Heliotrope Bouquet [Playwrights Horizons], and Earth and Sky [Second Stage] among others. Lisa Anderson (born October 16, 1950) is an American political scientist and the former President of the American University in Cairo (AUC).[1]
Research and career
A specialist on Middle Eastern and North African politics, Anderson served as the President of AUC from 2011 to 2016 and as Provost from 2008 to 2010.[1] Prior to joining AUC, Anderson served as the James T. Shotwell Professor of International Relations at Columbia University, the dean of Columbia's School of International and Public Affairs, the chair of the political science department and the director of the Middle East Institute.[1] Previously, she was an assistant professor of government and social studies at Harvard University.[1]
Anderson announced her departure from AUC in June 2015. The AUC Board asked her to leave because she removed the two-tier pay scale system that grossly underpaid Egyptian faculty, though they had the
