Superhuman Powers:Poison Ivy has toxins in her blood stream that make her touch deadly and allow her to be immune to all poisons, viruses, bacteria, and fungi. She also has displayed a power of charm, which puts people under her influence. Ivy also possesses the power to make plant life do as she wishes. She also has access to the following weapons: barbed whipping vines, poisoned darts, poisoned lipstick, poisoned fingernails, and crossbow.

Biography:Pamela was poisoned by her fiancé, Marc LeGrand, who stole an urn containing ancient Egyptian herbs. He thought he was eliminating his only witness, but instead, she became immune to all poisons, and took on the identity of Poison Ivy. She has committed several crimes over the years.

Created by writer Robert Kanigher and artist Carmine Infantino, she debuted in Batman #181 (June 1966) and has become one of the superhero Batman's most enduring enemies belonging to the collective of adversaries that make up his rogues gallery.

In her comic book appearances, Poison Ivy is depicted as a doctor of botany-turned-misanthropicecoterrorist in Gotham City named Pamela Lillian Isley, PhD (EYEZ-lee) with the ability to control all plant life. Empowered by an elemental force known as the "Green", Ivy attempts to protect the sanctity and supremacy of nature at all costs by lashing out against humanity, which brings her into conflict with Batman.
